We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.

12. Personalized and Custom Products

Please carefully review all names, text, sizes, colors, and other personalization details before submitting an order.

Personalized, customized, and made-to-order products may begin production shortly after an order is placed. Once production has begun, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Unless they arrive damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, personalized and customized products are not eligible for return or exchange, subject to applicable law.

We are not responsible for personalization errors entered or approved by the customer.

13. Reviews and User Content

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, testimonial, or other content to the Site or directly to us (“User Content”), you represent that:

• You own or have permission to submit the content

• The content is accurate and lawful

• The content does not violate another person’s privacy, intellectual property, or other rights
