Delivery times are based on when the order is shipped, not when the order is placed. Please allow at least 1-2 business days for your order to ship from our warehouse. During launches, we will do our best to get your order out to you as soon as possible but we ask for 3-5 business days due to heavy order influxes. Selecting priority shipping will speed it up once it's in transit but still takes 1-2 business regularly and 3-5 business days on launches. During peak Black Friday sales, orders can take 5-10 business days to ship (not including time in transit). Please keep this in mind when ordering. 

As soon as the order is shipped out to you, you will receive a handy dandy email so you can track your purchase all the way to your doorstep!

If shipping outside of the United States custom charges may apply... these fees do not come to us they are fees your country charges and we cannot be held responsible for them.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the address correctly at checkout. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping schedule. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.

If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at support@lovefamilypajamas.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so.

If it's too late for our team to cancel your order, you can return your order to us once you've received it. For more information on how to return your order click here. The only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. If it does get returned back to our warehouse, we can then ship it to the correct address or provide you with a full refund.

SHIPPING NOTE:

All orders are handled and shipped from our international warehouses. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don’t ship on weekends.


SHIPPING CARRIER:

We ship using FEDEX or USPS. Please allow additional delivery time if shipping to APOs, FPOs, PO boxes or remote locations.

ORDER TRACKING:

Usually, as soon as the order is sent, you will receive an email informing you of the tracking number of the order. If you do not receive an tracking number confirmation email, please wait, it may take a while, or please check your email spam folder.
