In order to increase the speed of shipment, orders are labeled, packaged, boxed and shipped as soon as they are successfully placed, so orders cannot be canceled after they have been placed.
- If the order has been shipped, the order will not be canceled.
- If the order is not shipped but has been produced, we will charge 20% of the total order amount. (Processing and handling fees).
The buyer need to contact our Support Center: support@Lovefamilypajamas.com first for the reason, our Support Center will arrange the cancellation in 1-2 working days.
30 Days Returns Warranty：
Customers can contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. If you have received a defective or damaged item, the wrong size or the wrong product, please contact us immediately at our Support Center：support@Lovefamilypajamas.com.
》1. Lovefamilypajamas's Responsibility:
If Lovefamilypajamas is responsible for shipping the wrong item/ size,we will allow a refund or an exchange.Once we receive the item, we will refund in full the original product price and its shipping or resend for free a replacement.
Please note customers are fully responsible for choosing the right product during the checkout.
If customers choose the wrong items or wrong size, customers can return the item to us to get the refund(product price only). The specific free should be based on the express company you choose.
Within 30 days of delivery, and the customer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred.
Kind reminder:Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way. Return packages should be authorized. Any return request not authorized by the customer service will not be honored.
For returned items or items for exchange, we will need 3-7 business days upon receiving your item(s) to process the solution. If it has been longer than two weeks, please contact us immediately at our Support Center：support@Lovefamilypajamas.com.
The refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase. The refund time-frame is as below:
Paypal account refunds: Up to 48 hours
Credit card refunds: Between 7-14 business days
Please write to us at Support@Lovefamilypajamas.com and mention your order number and return/exchange request in the subject line, along with the reason and details of the return/exchange.

- Video or photo of the faulty product
Once your request for return/exchange is accepted, you will receive the return address. Please send the return according to the address given by customer service.
*Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
Upon receipt of your return, all items are inspected for signs of wear or damage prior to issuance of any refunds, replacements or credits. (New and unworn condition means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the items.)
Upon acceptance of your return, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the correct shipping address is entered. If there is incorrect or missing information, we may be asked to contact you to update the shipping information, which may result in a delay in the delivery of your order. Also, packages may be forced to be returned due to incorrect addresses, or insufficient address information. We will not be responsible for any returns or losses due to incorrect addresses or missing information.
